ARTIST STATEMENT

My work deals with naturally occurring life polarities and my understanding of their
“betwixt and between” thresholds of interaction and dialogue.

This is accomplished within a spatial / real time framing.

Some of the work is permanent although most of the work is temporary, usually an
installation event.

In my work there are three main threshold areas:
Between art and nature,
Between individual artist and artists in collaboration.
Between art and a larger community life.

Woven throughout is my search for beauty, healing, and life transformation.
